It has been a while since Ocean Group took over the building on de Rade from housing corporation Haagwonen. In the meantime, we can look back on a successful project.
De Rade is one of our transformation projects, Ocean Group had a school building converted into 12 turn-key rental homes. The homes are ideal for starters on the housing market and offer a nice living environment; all the homes at De Rade have now been rented out.
De Rade is a project of which we can truly say, we are proud of this.
