Ocean Group finalised the purchase of the former 2nd floor office building on Steenvoordelaan/Henri ter Hallsingel, in the Municipality of Rijswijk, this past spring. Construction of 13 sustainable turn-key rental flats will start soon.
The new flats will be in an existing complex with mainly owner-occupied flats and shops at ground level. The building is strategically located opposite the shopping centre "In de Boogaard" and at very short walking distance from NS railway station Rijswijk.
