How do I make a report?

Log in to MyOcean and click on notifications. Fill in the details. We will be of service to you as soon as possible.

My key is lost / broken.

Contact us. The costs for replacing the key(s) are for your own account. You will receive an invoice.

What should I do if there is a burglary?

Call the emergency number (112) and file a report with the authorities, then contact us.

I don't have hot water.

Make a report in MyOcean or call 070 - 891 8432.

I cannot pay the rent on time, what now?

In that case, contact us as soon as possible. Call 070 - 891 8432 or mail to rentals@ocean.nl.
