Log in to MyOcean and click on notifications. Fill in the details. We will be of service to you as soon as possible.
My key is lost / broken.
If this is an emergency, send an e-mail to spoed@ocean.nl. In all other cases, you should report it via MyOcean.
What should I do if there is a burglary?
Call the emergency number (112) and file a report with the authorities, then contact us.
I don't have hot water.
Make a report in MyOcean. In case of urgency, please send an email to spoed@ocean.nl
I cannot pay the rent on time, what now?
In that case, contact us as soon as possible. Send an e-mail to rentals@ocean.nl
