Start of Construction of Former ING Bank Office in Maassluis

The environmental permit for the building at Uiverlaan 4 in Maassluis has now been granted. The contractor selected by Ocean Group has recently started the transformation of the former bank building.

The redevelopment includes the creation of eight private sector rental apartments, each with its own parking space on the rear lot.
