Featured project: Uiverlaan, Maassluis

Ocean Group recently purchased the former ING Bank branch on Uiverlaan in Maassluis. It concerns a building of approximately 600 m2 GFA located on a plot of approximately 900 m2. The plot will be redeveloped into several apartments, mainly aimed at the mid-rental segment.
