Ocean Group invests mainly in residential real estate (houses, studios, apartments) and to a limited extent also in commercial real estate. These are mainly functional and current properties, located in the Randstad conurbation and intended for long-term use by private individuals and companies.

Paulina Pietryga

Property Manager

Paulina works as a Property Manager at Ocean Group and also ensures that homes within the portfolio are rented out on time.

 

Within the organization, Paulina is also the first point of contact for tenants. Paulina also has a great love for photography. She regularly photographs properties from the Ocean Group portfolio.

 

Paulina has studied business economics at the University of Applied Sciences.
