Ocean Group invests mainly in residential real estate (houses, studios, apartments) and to a limited extent also in commercial real estate. These are mainly functional and current properties, located in the Randstad conurbation and intended for long-term use by private individuals and companies.

Manager New Development
Within the Ocean Group team, Mohammed focuses on New Business through acquisition and project development. He maintains continuous contact with municipalities, architects, financiers, brokers, fellow real estate parties and other stakeholders.
As a Business Developer he has built up extensive experience in international trade, investment and project management. Mohammed studied Economics at Erasmus University Rotterdam, specializing in “Economics & Business in Pacific Asia”.
His business and cultural background make him an ideal discussion partner for stakeholders in our projects.
