Ocean Group invests mainly in residential real estate (houses, studios, apartments) and to a limited extent also in commercial real estate. These are mainly functional and current properties, located in the Randstad conurbation and intended for long-term use by private individuals and companies.

Within Ocean Group, Marc carries out maintenance and also supervises various construction projects.
Since 2004, Marc has been self-employed in the construction sector as an all-round carpenter. His specialization is mainly various carpentry and renovation of bathrooms and homes.
Given his long experience in construction, he has built up a large and reliable network of various professionals.
Marc is very precise and meticulous and has completed various courses in construction technology and woodworking.
