Ocean Group invests mainly in residential real estate (houses, studios, apartments) and to a limited extent also in commercial real estate. These are mainly functional and current properties, located in the Randstad conurbation and intended for long-term use by private individuals and companies.
Jane Su MSc AA
Finance Manager
Within Ocean Group, Jane is responsible for, among other things, the company's tax affairs. In addition, she ensures that the financial administration is in order.
Jane has studied Business Economics at the University of Amsterdam, specializing in Accountancy & Control. After her studies, she has worked as an accountant at various (medium-sized) accountancy firms.
Jane is a registered accountant (AA) and has extensive tax knowledge.
