Ocean Group invests mainly in residential real estate (houses, studios, apartments) and to a limited extent also in commercial real estate. These are mainly functional and current properties, located in the Randstad conurbation and intended for long-term use by private individuals and companies.

Baris Yilmaz BSc

COO

Baris has been working as operational director within Ocean Group since 2018. He oversees the various processes within the organization and is also ultimately responsible for property management.

 

Baris studied Mechanical Engineering at the Technical University (TU) in Delft.

 

Given his technical background, Baris is the first point of contact for contractors and architects. Baris has supervised various construction projects within Ocean Group.
